Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Methodology
Every Sandaran engagement follows the same four-stage process, regardless of which service is selected. First, we gather and review the client's relevant documents — EPF statements, pension records, correspondence with KWSP or the pension body. Second, we hold a consultation to explain the current position clearly and discuss the available paths. Third, where action is required, we prepare the appropriate submissions and correspondence. Fourth, we manage the follow-up and keep the client informed until the matter reaches a conclusion.
This process is not hurried. If additional documents are needed, we explain what they are and why they matter before requesting them. If an outcome is uncertain, we say so honestly rather than offering assurances we cannot back.

Service 01
Pension Understanding Session
A relaxed starting point for individuals who want their retirement entitlements explained clearly. We review EPF (KWSP) and pension records and set out a plain-language picture of what you have, what you are entitled to, and what options are available. Includes a written summary and an unhurried conversation, with any next step left entirely to your discretion.
- Review of EPF (KWSP) account and pension records
- Plain-language summary of your entitlement position
- Written summary document provided after the session
- Overview of available options and typical next steps
- No obligation to engage further services
Service 02
Pension Dispute Assistance
Steady support for retirees facing a declined or delayed pension or EPF withdrawal claim. Scope includes reviewing the matter in full, preparing the necessary documentation, and corresponding respectfully with KWSP, KWAP, or the relevant pension body to seek a fair outcome. We keep the process orderly and clear at each stage, so you are never left wondering where things stand.
- Review of the decline or delay notice and underlying records
- Preparation of supporting documentation and formal submissions
- All correspondence with the relevant body managed by Sandaran
- Written update at each milestone throughout the matter
- Honest assessment of the likely outcome before work begins
Service 03
Whole-Family Pension Care
A complete engagement coordinating entitlement review, dispute support, and survivor pension documentation for dependants. Suited to households balancing several retirement schemes simultaneously — for example, where one spouse contributed to KWSP through private employment and the other holds a government pension. Includes full case oversight, regular updates, and a consolidated dossier prepared with care for the family to keep.
- Coordinated review across multiple household retirement schemes
- Survivor and dependant pension documentation prepared
- Dispute assistance included within the engagement scope
- Consolidated family dossier provided on completion
- Single point of contact for all family matters
