What is covered in the Pension Understanding Session?

The session covers a review of your EPF (KWSP) account records, any applicable public service or private pension scheme, your current entitlement position, and options available to you. You receive a written summary afterwards. The session is relaxed and unhurried — you are free to ask any questions, and the next step is always at your discretion.

My EPF withdrawal was declined. Can you help?

Yes. Our Pension Dispute Assistance service is designed for exactly this situation. We begin by reviewing the decline notice and the reasons given, then prepare the appropriate documentation and correspond with KWSP or the relevant body on your behalf. We keep you informed at each stage and explain any developments in plain terms.

How long does a pension dispute typically take to resolve?

Timelines vary depending on the nature of the dispute and the body involved. Straightforward cases with KWSP may be resolved within four to eight weeks from the date of submission. More complex matters, or those involving multiple schemes, may take longer. We will give you a realistic estimate after reviewing your specific situation.

Is the Whole-Family Pension Care service suitable for us if only one family member has a pension matter?

The Whole-Family service is best suited to households where more than one person has retirement entitlements to coordinate — for example, a retiree and their spouse, or where survivor and dependant pension documentation is also needed. If only one matter is involved, the Pension Understanding Session or Dispute Assistance service will likely be a more appropriate fit. We are glad to advise you on which service suits your situation.
